Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
Lauren, | very pleased with the results but... I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.

Trix, | look amazing! Two canvas\\\'s purchased and they look amazing! Product quality is fantastic...way beyond our expectations. Only thing I would have to say was a negative is the fact that I qualified for free shipping and had chosen this but they were not delivered...we had to pick them up instead which was out of our way.
